Phew! What a relief… I love that because I’m not a too bright a student during school days, and since I do not have an university degree, the society would “label†me under the not so successful category.
And Bob says, “Some of the smartest peoplein the world, absolutely brilliant, are broke. You could graduate with a Master’s in economics and be broke, and you’ll find somebody else who’s functionally illiterate, they can neither read nor write and they’re multimillionaires.
Earning money is a reward received for service rendered. It’s got nothing to do with a superior intellect. See, we’re raised the wrong way. We’re raised to deify the intellect, and the intellect doesn’t cut it.
That’s why you’re finding real smart people who aren’t very happy. Now, some of them are, but some of them are not. Earning money has to do with rendering service. And the more service you render,
the more money you’re going to earn.
You’re going to find there are two areas in our mind. One’s the conscious.
